Involved in the construction industry for over forty years with Seddon. Roy has lead the Employers Group for the 14-19 C&BE Diploma since 2007. He also chairs the North West Construction Skills Network and, Salford and East Manchester Construction Partnerships.
He is passionate about ensuring young people are given quality training, Seddon have 150 apprentices and have trained for over sixty years. This has also lead to Roy being asked by UKCG to chair their Task Group on Apprenticeships.
