Ray Wilson is Director of Carillion Training Services which comprises 18 construction training colleges across the UK serving over 2,000 construction apprentices, construction CSCS card, social engagement training and the provision of a broad range of construction related NVQ assessment and training products. Carillion Training Services is a unique business providing over 15% of all construction apprentice training in the UK and a significant number of Social Engagement training programmes for disadvantaged young people.
He was previously Risk & Governance Director for Barclays Corporate Real Estate Services and has extensive experience in driving organisation change, business performance improvements and complex stakeholder management.
