The CCATF's mission is to champion the ethos and culture of training within the construction industry by working with industry peers and stakeholders; to encourage those not training to do so and those that train to do more by promoting the benefits and value that hiring an apprentice can bring.
The good work of the CCATF has been recognised by government, with Minister of State for Business and Enterprise Matt Hancock MP saying:
"The CCATF is making a real difference to the growth and development of apprenticeships in the construction industry.
"The CCATF's employer led approach and focus on quality means it is well placed to champion the business benefits of apprenticeships in the construction industry.
"I am committed to doing all that I can to ensure the construction industry is well equipped to help deliver the skills the industry needs and I look forward to working with the Task Force."
